An ideal retreat for an out of season break or a fun-filled family summer holiday.  Situated in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and with the East Devon Way on our doorstep, the cottages are located about 4 miles from the coast, nestling in the heart of the stunning Coly Valley, East Devon.  An ideal location from which to walk, cycle or relax and take in all the wonderful scenery of the area.  The Dairy and The Granary, are two charming self catering holiday cottages offering a combination of rustic charm and modern comfort.  They are centrally heated for cosy winter breaks and have small private gardens with barbeques for lazy summer days.  The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of October and there is a well equipped games room, hard tennis court, croquet, and lawns for outside games.  Beaches at Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe are all within a short drive as are a vast array of attractions and beautiful walks from our doorstep.

The cottages each have two bedrooms plus a sofa bed and providing an excellent standard of comfort and facilities with all  the character of an old cottage.  They each sleep up to 5 and are equipped to a high standard with central heating, electric hob, microwave combination oven, fridge, washer/dryer,  tv/dvd/video,  hi-fi.  The gardens each have a barbeque and garden furniture and there is a large parking area.  The Games Room offers table tennis, table football, pool table and darts as well as games for the garden such as cricket and badminton. There are board games both in the cottages and the Games Room and tennis rackets and balls are available for use on the Tennis Court.

Bed and breakfast is in a separate wing of the house comprising a large double bedroom with sitting area, tv/dvd, wash basin (superking/twin beds); an attic room with three single beds; private bathroom.  Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking the swimming pool in the summer and the dining room with cosy log burner in the winter.  You are welcome to come and go as you please during the day and we have several suggestions for good eating places for your evening meal.  There are pubs and restaurants in Colyton and Colyford, or we can provide evening meals by arrangement.
