As you are probably aware, The Friends of St Andrew’s, Colyton (FoStA) has had to postpone all its events at the church for 2020 including our Summer Concert from the ever popular and award winning Ninebarrow folk duo, a concert that was to have been held on Saturday 11 July, this year. However, on a positive note, Ninebarrow has been holding virtual live concerts all summer which have proved to be popular and well received.
Ninebarrow is planning another virtual concert, and this time it will be set in the beautiful setting of St Nicholas’ Church in Studland. After the concert, the audience can interact in a chatroom and perhaps share a drink with the artists themselves online. A trailer for the event can be found by clicking here.
We are delighted to announce that Ninebarrow are going to trial a system with FoStA, where any sales that result from FoStA members’, or other interested locals’, participation in the event will result in Ninebarrow contributing 30% of your ticket price to the Friends of St Andrew’s funds.
