The Friends of St Andrew’s, Colyton are proud to bring you a superb evening of fine music with Toby White on ‘cello, accompanied by Marina Staneva on piano (Tillett Trust)
This will be FoStA’s first evening concert since October 2019, so we are delighted that we are, at last, able to welcome the prestigious talents of Toby White on ‘cello, accompanied by Marina Staneva on piano, after many postponements.
Both artists come to us from our association with The Tillett Trust, a charity that promotes exceptional young musicians by helping them to organise concerts and by subsidising their fees so that small venues such as Colyton can afford to engage them.
With the help of FoStA funds, much work has been done to enhance the church over the period of the pandemic. The church now boasts brilliant new lighting and tremendous improvements to the heating system, making it an even warmer and inviting venue than it was previously.
So, do join us for a special evening of wonderful music to celebrate our achievements. There will be a bar and a chance to chat to the musicians and meet old friends, and if you feel like dressing up a bit… why not!
